This makes the flakes ideal for both foot baths and full-body baths.

It’s best to dissolve the desired amount of magnesium in a little water and then fill the bathtub with just enough water to barely cover your body. Make sure the bath temperature is around 37°C so that the magnesium ions can penetrate the skin effectively, and take at least 20 minutes to relax.

The improved blood circulation wonderfully warms the skin and relaxes the muscles. The body can recover quickly. That’s why magnesium baths are so popular after any physical exertion or exercise. Dry skin also benefits from the effects of magnesium during a bath and is gently nourished. Cold feet and legs with poor circulation quickly become pleasantly warm after a magnesium bath. After a foot bath, your feet are perfectly prepared for a pedicure.

Please do not use the flakes in electric foot baths, as they can easily cause corrosion.

Recommended for:

Muscle relaxation

Recovery After Exercise

Nourishing protection for dry skin

Magnesium Deficiency

Usage:

For 50 liters of bath water, you should use about 500 grams of BADE FLAKES; soak for 20 minutes.
