Herbamare for meat & poultry is a mixture of organically grown herbs and vegetables as well as fresh horseradish with natural sea salt, enriched with the iodine-containing seaweed kelp. The fresh ingredients are processed with the salt and dried under vacuum to preserve the aroma. In contrast to Herbamare, Trocomare also contains horseradish and paprika.
