AndreaFer Eisen is a dietary supplement with iron, folic acid, vitamins B6 + B12 and vitamin C. The trace element iron is vital and cannot be produced by the body itself. A daily intake of 10-15 mg for adults is recommended by the Swiss Nutrition Society.
