Instructions for use:

Preparation of the paste (external): Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of pink healing earth with a little water or flower water in a glass or wooden container. Let it rest for a while. Mix well. Mix with a wooden spatula to a smooth and oily paste.

Beauty mask: apply a thin layer (2 to 3 mm) of the paste on the face. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not let the healing clay paste dry on the skin. Rinse with lukewarm water. Apply a moisturizing cream / liquid.

Hair mask: Apply the healing clay paste to the entire wet scalp. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse and, if desired, use regular shampoo.

For washing the skin or hair (for medium-length hair): Mix 3-6 tablespoons of clay with 6-12 tablespoons of hot water to form a creamy paste. Let the healing clay swell for a few moments and then apply the mixture to dampened skin or distribute it into wet hair and massage gently in. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. You can also add essential oils or, for dry hair, vegetable oil (a few drops) to the paste.

Gentle bath: Dissolve a 200 g pack of healing earth in the bath water. You can also add a few drops of essential oils. Relax in the bath for 20 minutes. Rinse yourself off with clean water. Your skin becomes supple and soft. For dry skin, use a moisturizer / liquid afterwards.
