Background to the Bach flowers
The Bach flower essences go back to the Englishman Edward Bach. He assigned an essence to the negative states of mind that he postulated, which should be responsible for all ailments and diseases. This essence is intended to promote the harmonization of the state of the soul. The numbered essences traditionally have English names and are assigned to different areas of application.
The individual flowers are still collected today at the locations in England that were previously determined by Bach and ritually processed according to the potentiation methods he described.
application
Water glass (short term): Two drops of the selected essences in a glass of water and drink in sips, repeat if necessary.
Mixture (long-term): Select a maximum of seven essences. Place two drops of each selected essence in a 30 ml mixing bottle. Fill the bottle with still mineral water and about a teaspoon of fruit vinegar or alcohol e.g. Brandy, for natural preservation. Take four drops at least four times a day. An overdose is not possible. The mixture is usually stable for three weeks when refrigerated.
