Erectile dysfunction: widespread but also well treatable
The most important points in brief
- Erectile dysfunction occurs when men cannot get an erection or an erection that is insufficient in at least two out of three attempts.
- On the other hand, if it only sporadically does not work, then there is usually no erectile dysfunction.
- Poor blood circulation or a lack of testosterone are the most common causes of erectile dysfunction after a certain age.
- With aids, those affected can solve the problems.
Quite a few men from the age of five are familiar with the problem: difficulties arise during sexual intercourse. Not because there is no desire, but because many attempts end before the sexual act even occurs. Serious erectile dysfunction is often responsible for this, and there can be several causes.
Psychological influences for erectile dysfunction more likely in younger years
Explanations are then often used that have only limited connection with reality. It is not uncommon to hear that professional stress and hectic everyday life are supposed to be the cause of difficulties with a sufficiently hard penis. In principle, it has been shown that these psychological influences are more likely to have an effect on men who are younger than 40.
Sometimes it is also a mixed form of psychological and physical problems that underlie an erectile dysfunction. If men are older than 50, according to studies, a physical malfunction is almost always the cause of erectile dysfunction. But one thing is certain: whatever the reason, it definitely leads to additional psychological impairments. Action must therefore be taken.
Common physical causes of erectile dysfunction
If it can be ruled out that drug side effects are causing problems with erections, then low blood testosterone levels are often the cause of the problem - especially in old age. In the course of a man's life, the value continues to decrease. Actually, testosterone can only be built up through medication, but this must be done under the supervision of a doctor.
If, on the other hand, circulatory disorders are the cause of the erectile dysfunction, then the amount of blood is no longer sufficient to ensure an erection in the erectile tissue. The penis itself or its muscles are no longer adequately supplied with blood; there may even be some form of arteriosclerosis (the arteries that are supposed to transport the blood to the penis are narrowed). This can have various causes, it should not be taken lightly. The inadequate blood flow to the penis and the resulting erectile dysfunction are often a serious warning sign that the blood flow to the body is generally no longer good.
More fun in bed with the right erection systems or sexual enhancers
Apart from the fact that medical expertise is necessary for erectile dysfunction, you do not have to give up sex permanently. The selection of tested aids is now simply too good for that, and we're not talking about the famous prescription blue pills that one or the other reader may now consider taking.
As a natural alternative to synthetic products / pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements such as Alpx Booster or Abtei Man Active enable the male libido to be increased and harder erections without any side effects.
There is also a remedy in the medical-technical sector. For example, the manufacturer Medintim has developed so-called erection systems that help quickly, easily and, above all, without side effects when erectile dysfunction is present. The Manual Erection System and the Active3 Erection System are reliable, ergonomic and safe and can be used for years so that «he» can perform better in bed and have fun again.
