Bonneville Epsom Salt consists of magnesium sulfates and has numerous beneficial effects on the body. An ointment made from a little water and Epsom salt can help with boils, pimples, acne and abscesses. The ointment is applied to the affected area and dries it out. An Epsom salt bath is supportive for your detox or for muscle relaxation. Naturally occurring Epsom salt is used by gardeners to keep the slightly acidic soil of rhododendrons, azaleas and hydrangeas from becoming magnesium deficient. Application

Full baths with approx. 500g Bonneville's Epsom Salt at 37C for 20 minutes. Due to the increased salt content, it is recommended to shower the body afterwards.
