Application:

• Start applying the patch by positioning it on the tight spot. Remove the first protective strip, starting in the middle, and pull it off from top to bottom. Stick the patch on the skin while you gradually remove the protective strip.
• Repeat the process for the second protective strip. Do not remove the protective strip all at once as the patch may stick to itself. When used on very hairy skin, the patch can be removed more easily under the shower jet (make sure the water is not too hot; water at room temperature is ideal).
