With annatto seeds you get a beautiful golden yellow on Easter eggs.
Application
Add about 25-30g (4-5 tbsp) of the egg color to 1½ l of cold water, bring to a slow boil and let cool again a bit. Pour in raw eggs and hard boil as desired. It is recommended to use an old pot.
