Use

Sterilize the pump in steam or boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Place the "suction cup" opening on the breast, the nipple should be nicely centered in the middle. Gently squeeze the pump to create a suction effect. You may need to adjust the position of the pump slightly to make it fit securely and comfortably. S obOnce the milk is flowing, you don't have to do anything. Just let the pump do its job! When the pump is full, empty the milk into another container and place it again.
