Application

Heating in the microwave: Heat the Kissen slowly at 600 watts, i.e. remove from the microwave after approx. 60 seconds, "knead" the contents of the Kissens and heat again for approx. 20 seconds. Repeat this process as necessary until the desired temperature is reached. In the oven: heat at approx. 120°C for approx. 2 min. In the freezer: at least 60 min.
