Directions

Wash hands thoroughly before each use.

• Remove the tamper-evident ring around the cap counterclockwise
• Remove the cap (if necessary, initiate the flow of the vial by squeezing it over a tissue until the first drop appears)
• Turn the vial over and position it over the eye
• Open the eye and squeeze the bottle to apply 1-2 drops to each corner of the eye up to 4 times daily
• Do not touch the eye with the dropper
• Carefully close the cap and place it back in the Origin alverpackage for light-protected storage

Suitable for adults and children 15 years and older. Do not use if the bottle is damaged. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use with any other ophthalmic solution. If eye irritation, persistent symptoms or side effects occur, discontinue use of product and seek medical attention. Do not use the product continuously for more than 28 consecutive days.
