How to use

• In a bowl, mix the total contents of this packet (300g) with 350ml of hot water and knead for 1min until a thick and cohesive mass is formed.
• Leave the dough to rise for 30-45min, covered with a damp cloth or paper
• Roll out the dough into the desired shape in a tin or on a tray lined with baking paper
• Sprinkle with seeds if desired and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes. Cut open and enjoy, either plain or by spreading.
