Applications

Alkaline bath

You need three lids or three tablespoons of MeineBase for an alkaline full bath. We recommend a bath temperature of 36 - 38 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. For a children's full bath of around 20 liters, we recommend half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase.

Alkaline foot bath

You need half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase for a foot bath. We recommend a bath temperature of 38 - 41 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes.

Alkaline hand bath

For a hand bath, add half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase to a bowl of water.

Alkaline steam bath

To use MeineBase in a steam bath, first sweat for about five minutes. Then apply a little MeineBase to the body and massage the salt in gently. Sweat for a further ten minutes and then shower off.

MeineBase can also be mixed with honey to create a particularly intensive treatment. To do this, mix a tablespoon of MeineBase, one to two tablespoons of liquid honey and a little water to form a spreadable paste. Apply to the body after sweating for a few minutes, leave on for a further 10 - 15 minutes and rinse off with water after the steam bath.

Alkaline inhalation

Pour 1.5 - 2 liters of boiling water into a bowl and then add half a capful or a teaspoon of MeineBase. You can inhale two to three times a day for two to three minutes as required.

Alkaline deodorant

Mix a pinch of MeineBase with a little water in the palm of your hand. Apply this alkaline solution to armpits washed with soap and leave to dry.

Alkaline dental care

Dissolve a little MeineBase with water in a tooth cup and dip your toothbrush in it. Then apply a fluoride-free toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual.

Massage

Use a high-quality skin oil and mix it with MeineBase. Apply the skin oil and then pick up the alkaline salt from a plate with the flat of your hand and massage it in gently.

Dosage

The lid of the packaging is both a closure and a practical dosing aid. There are two markings on the top. If you fill the lid up to the outer mark, this corresponds to one tablespoon. Filling up to the inner mark corresponds to one teaspoon.
