The envelope should not be used if

Application

Gently clean and dry the affected area. Remove the protective layer of the wrap and place it on the painful area. Make sure that it adheres with its entire skin surface. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature. Wear the poultice for a maximum of 12 hours.

You can also use the product for menstrual pain. For this purpose, place the part containing the heat cells over the painful area on the underwear and not directly on the skin.
