Direction for use:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age take 1 to 2 scoops/portion sachets twice daily, and the same amount a third time for more severe symptoms. In case of diarrhoea, take several scoops/portion sachets over the course of a few hours. For exact dosage, a measuring spoon is enclosed in the powder package. The powder is stirred into half a glass of water, mineral water or tea and drunk in small sips. It should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed, as well as half an hour before or after meals if required. Luvos healing clay ultrafine should be taken for the duration of the symptoms.
