Working principle:

The ingredient hypochlorous acid (HOCl) in Microdacyn 60 Wound Care uses a physical defense mechanism against pathogens to preserve the rinsing liquid; which is also used in the body: foreign bodies are not removed chemically, but by a purely natural one; physical process destroyed.
