This mustard powder from yellow organic mustard seed (Sinapis alba) with controlled low erucic acid ('1.5%) is obtained from press cake of the oil mill Zürcher Oberland of NaturKraftWerke. After cold pressing, the valuable material is gently further refined and carefully packaged at the NaturKraftWerke production facility in Aathal-Seegräben. Mustard powder is suitable for the production of fine mustard and for marinades, dressings, sauces, curry mixtures, chutneys or simply for seasoning.
