Breathable, waterproof clothing sweats through very quickly in damp and wet conditions and becomes wet from the inside. It is quick and easy to apply in the washing machine, and its high-level durable water repellency (DWR) is formed during air drying. Application in the washing machine ensures that the product penetrates the garment, treating seams, seals and cords as well as the fabric. In addition, tumble drying is not required. You save energy and protect delicate, older clothing from heat. Nikwax TX.Direct® Wash-In is specifically designed and optimized for breathable, waterproof garments. It leaves a flexible, water-repellent layer on individual Fasers, allowing moisture to pass through as it evaporates, thereby maintaining breathability.

Application

For best results, remove all non-washable items and wash part first with Nikwax Tech Wash®, in a separate wash cycle. Drying of the part before impregnation is not necessary. Remove all detergent residue from the detergent compartment. Add clean garment to washing machine (maximum 2 parts). use 100ml per garment. Wash on 30°C synthetic cycle and gentle spin. Do not machine wash if tape-sealed hems have come loose.* To maintain water repellent performance, always wash with Nikwax Tech Wash®. Do not use conventional detergents. *Damaged and faulty tape-sealed hems can sometimes come loose on older garments, re-adhere with a suitable adhesive after impregnation and drying.
