Application

• Roll the earplugs tightly together lengthwise between clean fingers.
• Pull the ear slightly towards obwith one hand and insert the rolled earplug deep into the ear canal with the other hand.
• Hold the earplug in place with your finger until it has expanded and fits comfortably.
