Easy to use:

Thoroughly wet both sides of the contact lenses with OPTI-FREE Replenish after removal and rub for 20 seconds. Then rinse both sides of the lenses for 10 seconds with a steady stream of OPTI-FREE Replenish. Then place the right and left lenses in their respective containers and pour in fresh solution. Overnight, the contact lenses should be stored in OPTI-FREE Replenish for at least 6 hours. After putting on lenses, pour out container, rinse thoroughly with contact lens care solution and allow to air dry. Always wash hands thoroughly and dry well before putting on and taking off lenses.
