Application:

Dilute one capful of the bottle in a bowl or inhaler filled with very hot, but no longer boiling, water (i.e. one cap for approximately 400 ml of water). Hold your head over the bowl and cover with a towel or put your nose or mouth into the opening of the inhaler. Inhale the fumes. Use 3 times a day for a maximum of 5 days.
