Application:

Use this spray in cold winter weather, as protection against colds and seasonal inconveniences.

• Spray 2 to 3 puffs on a handkerchief and breathe in deeply.
• Spray 4 to 6 puffs in the room.
• Put 4 puffs in a bowl of hot, not boiling water and inhale the steam for 10-15 minutes.
