The Camu Camu berries grow in the western Amazon region. Camu Camu with a very high vitamin C content for strengthening the immune system to prevent and fight colds! The fruit powder is suitable as an additive for desserts, smoothies, mueslis or ice cream. The Camu Camu powder can be sprinkled over dishes and used in all kinds of drinks. The uses of Camu Camu are therefore virtually limitless. Since the powder is not completely soluble in water, it is recommended to prepare drinks with a milk frother, a blender or with a shaker!
Application
1/3 coffee spoon (approx. 1g) per day covers the daily vitamin C requirement of 80mg.
