The grain used for Soyana Swiss Cereal Drinks is guaranteed GMO-free and comes from controlled organic cultivation in the EU. The drinks are made with revitalized water and only with the finest ingredients. The enclosed oil is the valuable high oleic sunflower oil, which is not damaged by the production-related heating due to its fatty acid spectrum. The added calcium from red algae is particularly well absorbed by the body.

The Swiss Cereal Drinks from Soyana are prepared with love. The inner balance and joy are transferred to the food produced and also have a positive effect on the consumer.

The grain is ground with water and fermented with enzymes. The corn starch is split into glucose through a natural process, which creates the mild sweetness. The fermentation process is ended by heating and the fibrous materials are centrifuged off. High oleic sunflower oil (heatable) is added and, depending on the variety, other ingredients are added. The finished grain drink is aseptically filled into Combibloc packs (UHT).
