TheraBand Hand trainers XL are used for strengthening the hand, fingers, forearm and coordination training. Thanks to the extremely resilient material, they can also be used for stress relief and cold (refrigerator) and heat therapy (microwave, warm water). The hand trainers are easy to clean and, thanks to five different degrees of hardness, offer a wide range of uses in therapy, sports, fitness and wellness. Their small size makes them ideal companions in everyday situations.

For large hands

The XL version of the TheraBand hand trainer is about a third larger and has been specially developed for people with limited mobility (e.g. arthritis) and people with large hands who want to use the hand trainer or for strength or coordination training. It can be used to perform the same exercises as the standard version, as well as cold and heat therapy.
