Directions for use

Children up to 12 years: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) undiluted before bedtime. Children aged 12 and over and adults: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) undiluted before bedtime.

Ingredients

Water, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator: lactic acid, lemon balm extract 1.5%, thickener: xanthan gum, preservatives: potassium benzoate and sodium benzoate, orange blossom oil 0.1%, lavender oil 0.1%, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, orange flavouring, elderflower flavouring, rosehip extract, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1)
