Cold Therapy:

General Use:
Acute injuries (bruises, sprains, minor bumps), chronic muscle and joint pain, swelling.

Store the gel pack in the refrigerator or freezer so it's always ready to use.
Never leave the compress on for more than 20 minutes at a time.
