3M Tegaderm Film is a transparent, sterile, and elastic polyurethane film dressing with a latex-free, hypoallergenic adhesive. It is permeable to oxygen and water vapor, yet forms a barrier against liquids, bacteria, and viruses. The dressing is used for the protection of wounds and catheter insertion sites, for securing catheters, and as a secondary dressing.

Application

Apply to clean, dry skin and use the frame to apply according to the instructions for use. The dressing can remain on the skin for up to 7 days; showering is possible.
