Tegaderm High Performance Foam is a non-adhesive foam dressing from 3M for wounds with low to heavy exudate. This version is fenestrated (slitted), making it suitable for drains and catheter exit sites. The multi-layer construction, consisting of soft foam, a super-absorbent layer, and a breathable film, absorbs wound fluid and helps prevent maceration.

Application
