How to use:

1. Blow your nose before the test.
2. Remove the test from the holder by pulling it towards oben.
3. Remove the protective cap.
4. Carefully insert the test sponge obinto the first nostril (1 to 2 cm) until resistance is felt.
5. Rub the sponge against the inner nasal wall for 15 seconds using rotating movements.
6. Repeat the same procedure in the second nostril.
7. Insert the test back into the holder with the tip pointing downwards and applying firm pressure.
8. A pink strip will quickly appear.
9. Wait 15 minutes before reading the results.
