S obald cherries turn from green to yellow, the female flies lay their eggs in them. If the Fallen are hanging on the tree at this time, the females are attracted to the yellow of the Falle, stick to it and are prevented from laying their eggs. This keeps the cherries healthy and maggot-free. The Fagalls can also be used to reduce infestations of walnut fruit flies on nut trees. The Fasleeves are dyed with a special, UV-resistant Farbstoff and coated with a durable special glue. They can be reused for several years and can be recoated if necessary.

For greater Fang power, the combination with a TMA card can be used: This emits an additional bait odor, is attached under each Falle and increases the Fang rate by up to 60%, w obei the duration of effect is around 90 days. For smaller fruit trees or berry bushes, the use of fine-mesh crop protection nets (Drosal) is also recommended after pollination and before the fruit ripens.
