Andermatt Biogarten Soil press, small, 4x5cm (1 pc) buy

With the soil presses, you can make your own soil press bales for easy cultivation of seedlings. This makes subsequent transplanting into the ground much easier. Instead of pricking out or repotting, the soil press bales can be inserted directly into the bales of the next tglarger press. For compact bales, a fine sowing soil with optimum moisture is required. The delivery includes 4 pegs for normal holes to produce 4 soil blocks of 5x5 cm each with 1 cm deep sowing holes. The press fits perfectly into the medium sowing tray and quickly fills it with 28 pellets - ideal for Gemüseeds that are planted out in larger pots or directly into the bed.

The size of the cones depends on the size of the seeds and also determines how much soil should be used to cover them. Generally, seeds are covered with twice the seed thickness, for example with soil, sand or seed helpers such as vermiculite. The cube attachment ensures that the punched holes are punched to fit the soil balls of the mini soil press. This allows seedlings to be transferred pr oblemlessly into larger bales without interrupting their growth.
