Andermatt Biogarten Mulch fleece, 2.5x1.1m (1 pc) buy

The mulch fleece made from Swiss Schwa rznasenschaf wool and flax straw reliably prevents weed growth, reduces snail damage and contributes to stable soil fertility. Thanks to its natural structure, the soil under the fleece dries out less quickly, does not silt up and remains permanently loose. The material is ideally suited for Gemvegetable beds and berry gardens and supports even cultivation over longer periods of time. Thanks to its complete compostability, it is an environmentally friendly method of maintaining the soil sustainably.

The mulch fleece is made from Swiss wool from Schwa rznasenschaf sheep and flax and is very lightweight at 150g/sqm. The plant fiber content makes it water-permeable so that rain or irrigation water can penetrate quickly and be absorbed by the soil. The insert also has an inhibiting effect on snails, as they do not like to crawl over sheep's wool. During the summer, light decomposition processes release valuable nutrients that are released directly into the soil and support the crops.

• Fully compostable mulch fleece
• Reduces weed growth and slug infestation
• Promotes soil fertility and even moisture levels

Application:

Apply directly after tilling and then plant. Tear open the planting site lightly by hand, plant the seedlings and immediately place the mulch fleece around the stem again. Weigh down the fleece at the edges or secure it from the wind with the metal pegs. The mulch fleece can be composted directly with the plant residues in the fall.

Tip: Sprinkle Ferramol slug pellets on the bed before laying out the mulch fleece.
