AndreaFer Iron is a dietary supplement containing iron, folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, and vitamin C. The trace element iron is essential for life and cannot be produced by the body on its own. The Swiss Society for Nutrition recommends a daily intake of 10–15 mg for adults. Women in particular lose a significant amount of iron through their monthly menstrual cycle and should therefore ensure they get enough iron. Persistent fatigue, exhaustion, and declining performance may indicate an iron deficiency. The body can absorb only about 10% of the iron ingested through food. Therefore, supplemental intake is advisable if these symptoms are present.

Application

Adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older: Place the contents of one stick on the tongue once daily and swallow without water.
