Use

Preparation

Allow fresh, boiled drinking water to cool and use it at a temperature of no more than 40 °C. Pour 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle. Using the enclosed measuring spoon, add the specified amount of powder to the bottle. Close the bottle and shake vigorously, add the remaining amount of drinking water, and shake the contents of the bottle vigorously again. Check that the contents of the bottle are at drinking temperature.
