Instructions:

1. Clean the nails with acetone, push back the cuticles, and shape the nails.
2. Choose a strip that best fits your nail size. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one.
3. Press the strip down firmly and smooth it by applying additional pressure along the free edge of the nail, then remove the top clear film.
4. File over the free edge of the nail with long, firm strokes in one direction, from top to bottom.
5. Cure under an LED lamp for 30 seconds or, when using a UV lamp, cure for 1 minute.
