Application:

Apply a thin layer of Bond at the base of the lashes, but not all the way to the tips, working section by section. Place the lashes below the natural root, not at the waterline, and seal them with the applicator. Finally, apply a thin layer of seal to remove any residue and secure the hold. Avoid leaving the lashes wet for 24 hours.
