• Royal jelly contains a high proportion of water, proteins, and sugars, as well as lipids, minerals, and vitamins, along with 10-HDA fatty acids (10-hydroxydecanoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid). The main component of Arkoroyal* royal jelly is 2.5% apalbumin-1. Thanks to its nourishing and antibacterial properties, it is beneficial to bees. Royal jelly contains at least 100 times more apalbumin than honey. Larvae fed exclusively on honey develop into worker bees. Application
