Aromalife white small sage bundle incense (1 pc)

Aromalife Buy incense sage bundle white, small (1 pc)

White sage - also known as Native American sage - is a herbaceous, evergreen plant with a shrub-like growth habit and elongated, aromatic leaves. The indigenous people of North America used this plant for their cleansing and healing rituals. When smoked, White Sage exudes a clear, ha rzig-sweet fragrance that clears rooms and energies in equal measure. Its special fragrance is both refreshing and calming - ideal for meditation, Rapurification or for creating a mindful atmosphere.

In addition to its spiritual significance, its physical effect should not be underestimated: Consumed internally as a tea, sage can have a lactation-inhibiting effect, so breastfeeding women should be careful when smoking it. Our White Sage comes from a sustainable Wildcollection in California and is gently bound and dried by hand to preserve its natural quality and effect.

Application:

The incense bundle is held so that the tip faces oben and the hand holds the shaft at the back. rzThe tip is held at an angle over a burning candle or a fire rzeug until it starts to burn. The fire is then gently blown out until it only smoulders. The incense bundle is now ready for use. If the smoking is finished before the bundle has completely burnt down, the tip can be carefully pressed deep into the sand until the embers are completely extinguished.
