• For a clear and creative mind: Mix 20 - 40 drops of peppermint oil into a neutral Aromalife PURE body oil (75 ml) and gently massage the temples.
• A freshness kick for bad breath: put 1 drop on the back of your hand and lick it off. This immediately gives you fresh breath.

Advice

Do not use during pregnancy or on babies. Not suitable for people with a tendency to epilepsy. Use in the evening is unsuitable as peppermint can have a sleep-inhibiting effect.
