Application

• Gargling: Add 1 drop to 1 glass of warm water enriched with Himalayan salt (1–2 teaspoons of salt solution) and gargle thoroughly.
• How to Make Himalayan Salt Brine: Place 4–10 chunks of Himalayan salt in a container, fill it with water, cover it, and let it sit; this will produce a 10% salt solution.
