• Great tip for dental and gum care: Add 1 drop to your toothbrush (which already has toothpaste on it) and brush your teeth thoroughly. Not recommended for long-term use; use only occasionally as needed.
• Teen Roller for Blemished Skin: 5 ml lavender hydrosol, 5 ml frankincense hydrosol, 1 drop tea tree, 3 drops fine lavender, 2 drops manuka, and 1 drop clary sage. Always shake well before use.
• Nail and Foot Oil Roller: 10 ml almond oil, 3 drops of thyme, 3 drops of bay leaf, 3 drops of tea tree.

Do not use on pregnant women or babies. A high-quality product may occasionally be used undiluted. Another oil that belongs in every home medicine cabinet. Since it is highly reactive, only buy small bottles and use it up within about 12 months after opening.
