The AtraumanAg dressings are coated with elemental silver and have been developed in combination with a neutral ointment, free from Vaseline or other kerosenes, to provide antimicr obial protection for wounds for at least 7 days. They reliably prevent contamination without the dressing sticking to the wound, which means that dressings can be rzchanged without leaving any residue. The ointment leaves no residue and ensures that the skin remains clean and undamaged while the wound is optimally cared for.

The hydroph obe polyamide mesh tulle fabric is individually coated with silver so that the wound secretions can pass through reliably while the antibacterial effect is maintained. The AtraumanAg compresses are suitable for various wound sizes and ensure safe and hygienic use in hospitals, surgeries and households. Each pack contains 10 sterile wound dressings measuring 10x10cm, which can be flexicut to size to meet individual wound care needs.
