The Bach Flower Remedies were developed by the Englishman Edward Bach. Application

• A glass of water (for short-term use): Add two drops of the selected essences to a glass of water and drink in sips; repeat as needed.
• Blend (for long-term use): Select up to seven essences. Add two drops of each selected essence to a 30-ml mixing bottle. Fill the bottle with still mineral water and add about one teaspoon of fruit vinegar or alcohol (e.g., brandy) for natural preservation. Take four drops of this mixture at least four times a day. Overdose is not possible. When refrigerated, the mixture usually keeps for three weeks.
