Preparation

A bottle of cow's milk (no earlier than 12 months):

• 6 measuring spoons of organic millet in the usual baby bottle

Porridge made with infant formula:

• Bring the water to a boil
• Mix 4–6 tablespoons of organic millet and 4–6 scoops of powdered milk with water cooled to 45°C
• Amount of water as desired

Porridge made with cow's milk (no earlier than 12 months):

• 4–6 tablespoons of organic millet with 120 ml of cow's milk and 60–100 ml of water

Homemade porridge:

• You can also add 1–2 tablespoons of organic millet to any homemade porridge.
• If desired, add water to taste
