How to use

Shake well before use. In the morning on an empty stomach, take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) into your mouth and pull, sip and chew it through your teeth for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not gargle or swallow. Spit the oil into the household waste, rinse your mouth several times with clean water and then brush your teeth as usual. Store at room temperature; the oil may turn cloudy when cold.
