Most of the body's zinc is found in the red blood cells, liver, bones, muscles and kidneys. Zinc acts against free radicals as it is essential for the enzyme that protects our cells from superoxide ions. It also plays a role in the liver metabolism of vitamin A, another free radical scavenger. In this dual role, zinc is therefore an anti-degenerative and anti-inflammatory agent.
Dosage
1 to 3 times daily or as prescribed.
Use
Before or after meals, an undiluted dose, keep in the mouth for 30 seconds and swallow.
