Naturally light and extremely healthy: Biosana’s high-quality and easily digestible whey products. Even in ancient times, Greek physicians were aware of whey’s special healing properties. They prescribed this healing water to their patients with great success. Mountain farmers, too, are well acquainted with whey’s effects on the human body. One thing is certain: a whey regimen is carried out today according to the same principles as it was 2,500 years ago. That’s quite significant. After all, there are very few healing practices that have remained virtually unchanged over millennia while maintaining demonstrable success. The whey produced during cheese-making contains high-quality proteins, is rich in minerals, lactose, and vitamin B2, and is practically fat-free and therefore low in calories. This natural wonder stimulates digestion and regenerates the gut flora. Above all, however, whey is a powerful source of energy that significantly boosts physical performance.
