Application

The shea butter is stored in a cool place until dispatch. It therefore stays fresh and is quite firm when shipped. However, it melts in your hand or near another source of heat. We recommend using a cosmetic spatula to transfer the shea butter from the container to the palm of your hand. This prevents the transfer of bacteria and significantly extends its shelf life. In the palm of your hand, you can easily rub the shea butter between your hands; its consistency becomes creamy and soft in a very short time.
